September 1st
2:00 pm – 5:00 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
Hospitality Desk located in the hotel lobby. Pick up your tour name badge, souvenir, and game tickets.
5:00 pm – 7:00 pm | WELCOME EVENT
at Copper Creek Restaurant
Fort Collins Marriott
Enjoy drinks and light refreshments with fellow travelers! Please wear your tour name badge to this event.
September 2nd
9:00 am – 11:00 am | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
Hospitality Desk located in the hotel lobby.
12:30 pm | HOTEL DEPARTURE
Motor coaches depart for Laramie, WY, an approximate 90-minute drive.
Please wear your tour name badge and meet in the hotel lobby by 12:10 pm to board the motor coaches. Drinks and snacks will be available on the motor coaches.
2:30 pm | PREGAME TAILGATE
Red Raider Club and Texas Tech Alumni Association Tailgate
Enjoy a BBQ meal and drinks with other Red Raiders!
5:30 pm | KICKOFF
WRECK ‘EM!
45 Minutes Post-Game | LARAMIE DEPARTURE
Motor coaches will depart for Fort Collins.
