The Red Raider Fan Hospitality Desk will be staffed on the second floor of the Fairmont Austin. Please plan to stop by to pick up your tour materials and credentials.
5:00 pm – 6:30 pm | WRECK ‘EM PARTY
Join us for complimentary food and drinks, and meet & greet with head football coach Joey McGuire.

Motor coaches depart the hotel for the Erwin Events Center. Please wear your tailgate credentials and meet in the lobby by 9:45 am.

30 Minutes Post-Game | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
No later than 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game, motor coaches will depart for the airport. Please exit through the east side of the Erwin Events Center and look for the Official Red Raider Fan Travel Tour signs. You will be picked at the same location you were dropped off. If you feel lost or can’t find the buses, please contact your on-site staff.
